I'm contemplating posting my dreams daily or at least the vivid ones as often as they come. When I start to record them, I remember them more often and remember more details. Sometimes they are very interesting. We'll see how this goes.
Sometimes I feel like I can control my dreams, such as who is in them, what happens, and even when I wake up. Dreams are weird, sometimes keeping a log can help you better understand them.
My method of capturing my dreams is using a netbook and recording my voice. That way I don't have to move, write (which I suck at and is much slower than talking)
I find I can remember my dreams really well when I first wake up, but as the day goes on it becomes harder. You might want to keep a diary so you don't forget! :)
I love recording my dreams and working my way towards full lucidity. I find that taking 5 mg of melatonin before bed can help induce the lucid state. Following!
It's good to write down your dreams. It helps you to recall them more vividly.
